• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content. To request a refund, contact us at support@skillyukti.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of Skillyukti and its instructors. Unauthorized copying, downloading (beyond provided resources), recording, or sharing of course material is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing account credentials with others.
• Attempting to download or record video lessons.
• Using automated tools to scrape or access course content.
• Reverse engineering or tampering with platform functionality.
• Posting inappropriate content in community forums.

8. Disclaimer

Skillyukti provides educational content for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific income results or outcomes. Success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and many other factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Skillyukti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course in question.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
